Rows are colored by outcome: green = a ROR was chosen by the matching algorithm, amber = a best-score match accepted without being chosen (only with the option above), red = no match. Affiliations the matcher can’t place are automatically retried with ror.org’s keyword search (the website’s more forgiving query); its top hit appears in amber with QUERY in the Match column — verify those by eye. Click an affiliation or its result count to see every candidate the API returned. The Valid checkboxes are for curation: chosen (green) matches start ticked — review the amber and query rows, tick the ones you verify, and the CSV’s valid column records your True/False decisions. The CSV download matches the RORRetriever.py output columns.
